Closing Summary- Market Synopsis- 4 April, 2012

The short week with long weekend finally ended on a subdued note and kept the investors wondering of the direction of the market. Negative opening accompanied with profit booking resulted the day to end in red. The maximum part of the day was seen trading flat. This led the midcap counters to close flat and the small-Cap counters to close positive by a little less than half a percentage point.
