Commodity Market Update (Natural Gas)


Precious metals on CMX are trading lower since morning with Gold trading at 1287.40, down 3.50 points or 0.30% while Silver is losing around a percent or 17 cents to trade at 19.885 an ounce. Base metals prices are trading mixed after having a volatile trading session. 3-month Copper tested a low of 6610.00 before settling at 6640.75, down 29.75 points or half a percent while Zinc is adding 0.28% or 5.50 points to trade at 1974.50 after having tested a high of 1980.50 per metric ton. WTI Crude Oil is losing 0.40% or 40 cents to trade at 99.22 per barrel while NYMEX Natural Gas is trading at 4.332, down by 0.73% or 3.2 cents per mmbtu. Market participants are waiting for US economic releases which might give some direction to the prices.
