Precious metals are trading in a small range on COMEX after the last night’s volatile session due to a mixed bag of US economic data with Gold trading almost flat at $1691.10 and Silver at $31.79. On domestic bourses, bullions are trading lower with the help of weaker rupee against the dollar. Front month Gold futures is trading lower by Rs 83.00 or 0.27% to trade at Rs 30,674.00 while Silver is trading at Rs 59360.00, down almost half a percent or 250 points. Base metals are trading higher since morning with LME 3-month Lead futures leading the metals group, adding 1.24% to trade at $2313.25, followed by rest of the metals while Copper is trading at $8068.00, up 0.17%. Energy prices are trading mixed on NYMEX with Crude Oil is trading in red at $95.36, down 13 cents while Natural Gas is trading in green at $3.51, up almost half a percent per mmBtu.
