Commodity Market Update (Crude Oil)


Precious metals on COMEX are trading lower since morning after its last day’s steep gain. Actively traded Gold contract is down half a percent or 6.20 points to trade at 1254.90 while Silver is trading at 20.275, lower by 0.20% an ounce. Base metals are trading higher on the LME and Nickel is leading the metals group, up 1.26% or 176 points to trade at 14095.00 while Copper is trading almost flat at 7169.75 with a meager gain of 6 points per metric ton, followed by rest of the metals. Crude Oil prices are trading in green at 98.55, up by 4 cents after having a small range of trading session while Natural Gas is trading in red at 4.228, down a cent or 0.21% per mmbtu. Oil traders are waiting for tonight’s Crude Oil Inventories report which may drive the prices to move higher as analysts expected drop in Oil stockpiles by 2.2 Mbd in the week ended 06 December.
