The Indian equity indices managed to end the rather choppy trading session with modest gains. The Sensex closed at 16020.64, i.e., up by 32.239 points and the Nifty closed at 4863.3 i.e., up by 15.15 points. This led the mid-cap and small-cap counters to give up some of their intraday gains and close slightly positive. On the sectoral front, the indices closed mixed. Capital Goods index closed as the major gainer with gains of two percentage points while Realty and FMCG indices closed as major losers with losses of over a percentage point each. Further, the market breadth closed neutral. Find out more at :http://www.facebook.com/bmawealth?sk=app_206541889369118
