Precious metals are trading silent in a range since morning, the actively traded Gold futures on COMEX is lower by $2 or 0.11% at $1676.70 and Silver contract is trading down by 0.34% or 10 cents at $31.75. Prices on domestic market is trading flat with some nominal gains as a weaker rupee against the dollar for the day had restricted down side in the MCX listed commodities. Base metals are trading lower with a negative tone, 3-month Copper is trading down by 0.35% or $28.00 at $8217.00 on LME. Crude Oil futures and Natural Gas prices on NYMEX are trading slightly higher with Oil adding 10 cents to $96.72 and Gas futures are up by half a percent at $3.431.
