Market Heatmap
The Indian Markets ended the trading session with moderate gains after a weak opening. Sensex closed at 17441 with an addition of 57 points while Nifty added 20 points to close at 5274. Sectorally, most of the sectoral indices recovered their losses and closed in the positive. Healthcare and IT were the only indices to close with marginal losses. On the other hand, Realty and Oil & Gas managed to close with over one percent gains.
