There may be occasions that an investor may not be satisfied with the service provided by his investment firm, he might even feel that he was misguided and duped by the firm. If an investor finds himself in su

ch a situation he should immediately approach the branch manager of the firm. If his grievance is not addressed by the branch he should directly approach the head office of the company. If the issue is not resolved even at this level he should approach regulatory bodies like SEBI, IRDA, RBI etc.
