The benchmark indices started on a positive note triggered by favourable cues in the Asian and global markets. Thereafter, the gauges witnessed a volatile trade on the back of high February inflation numbers and Railway Budget announcement. However, the market made a come back and held on to the positive momentum until close of trade.
