Commodity Market Update (Gold)

Precious metals are trading marginally lower on CMX, the actively traded contract is down by 0.24% or $5.00 at $1665.00 and Silver is almost a percent down at $31.65 at the time of writing this. We expect prices to remain range bound with no major moves for the day as lack of economic releases from the US and other major economies will keep market silent. Base metals are trading mixed with prices looking for direction; three-month Copper on LME is at $8286.00, trading flat with no change since its last close. Crude Oil and Natural Gas prices are trading in red with Oil futures on NYMEX is down by half a percent at $97.30 and Gas prices are lower by 0.20% at $3.2910.
